The long road to Cha-Am…

Have been up since 5 this morning and spent most of today traveling – or so it feels. Sometimes it’s the journey not the destination that’s important, wiser ones have decreed… well perhaps only if you can stop and get fresh homemade coconut icecream like this along the way 🙂

We’re here in Cha-Am – that’s in Thailand incidentally – celebrating the youthful agelessness of a dear friend 😉 It’s been blisteringly hot all day even whilst ominous clouds gather… love love moody tropical weather by the sea 🙂 Stepped away from all the revelry for a bit and shot this solitary tree blowing in the wind…

… love my quiet moments with my Canon…

But hugely looking forward to crabs and great company tonight xox
